WORKSHOPS, CONSULTING AND SUPERVISION on:

- Practice, research and personal coaching in somatic movement education through the use of gymnastic and exercise balls, bamboo sticks, and various props.

- Supervision of study and research projects by students and professionals wanting to integrate somatic education into their personal lives and professional practices.

- Movement, play and relaxation classes for children and adults.

- Classes and research on latin-american dances (son, guaguanco, salsa, merengue, cumbia, others).

- Practice in vocalization, improvisation and authentic movement.

'SOMATIC EDUCATION  classes  help us sense and refine internal sensations--their intensity and quality  in relation to our intentions, movements and the demands of the physical and social environment.  We learn to identify and modify unconscious movement patterns that no longer respond to our present demands.   In the process, we develop movement versatility and a greater range  of adaptation to life's changing demands.'

Workshops for professional and beginners are organized on request with minimum of six participants. Description of workshops on "Somarhythms" approach to Training with Balls and Bamboo Sticks  available on request.

Consultations and private classes with Ninoska Gómez $45.  Workshop or group classes with a minimun of  6 participants--for movement professionals (theory and practice) $20/hr; movement training with balls and bamboo sticks or Latinamerican Dance class, $15; children classes $10.

Special rates for groups and individuals offering classes and lodging in the Estudio for two weeks and longer, for those  taking workshops and training programs with Ninoska Gómez, as well as for the artists in residence.
