Three weeks have passed and I'm still waterfasting. It seems easier here compared to a few others places I've fasted before. The clean air, the sound of the surf and the all the greeneny coming to life with the newly started rains are giving me that gentle support I need to persevere and let my body do it's cleaning.

I've been recording daily videos and once I finish the fast I will edit them and put them up here.

Well, it's started... in the lush surroundings of Studio Los Almendros I've embarked on my second water fast. I don't know how long it will last in days, but I know that I will fast until my hunger returns.
