The ESTUDIO LOS ALMENDROS,  an open-air, covered building, with a professionally designed 72 m2 wood floor, suitable for about 12 to15 people moving at ease, 

Rates: (subject to change) "Estudio" rental $15/hour for individuals and $25/hour for groups of 10. 

The Estudio also has a dressing room, bathroom, kitchen,  storage, upstairs bedroom. and high speed internet.

A TRADITIONAL COSTARICAN TWO-BEDROOM HOUSE recently renovated, 80 meters from the beach, with a large kitchen-dining-salon, a storage room, washing area, bathroom, corridor, large surrounding garden, fresh and with very good ventilation—eight windows and roof with heat insulation, totally furnished, equipped kitchen, telephone, high speed internet at $120/day, $450/week, $1200/month.

The 'RANCHO REDONDO', a two-story cabin, open-air lower level with bathroom, equipped kitchen, washing area, upper level bedroom with three windows; sleeps 3-4 people comfortably (one double bed and a single bed).   Rates: $60/day, $330/week,  $600/month.

The  'RANCHITOS', four small bungalows, double occupancy, each with adjacent open area with hammocks, one with a private bathroom ($40/night, $250/week, $450/month), and three sharing a separate bath house with toilet, showers, sinks and washing area, ($35/night, $400/month), all sharing a fully equipped common kitchen and a  nearby with a large dining area, as well as  access to high speed internet.
